Bettalk ("we", "our", or "us") is a free AI-powered sports prediction platform for NBA and CS2, operated by Resoltx. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our mobile application (available on Google Play and the App Store) or our website at bettalk.mn, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using Bettalk, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We collect the following categories of information: Account Information When you register, we collect your username, email address, and a hashed password. You may optionally add a display name or profile photo. Authentication Data We issue JSON Web Tokens (JWT) to keep you signed in. An access token is stored in your device's local storage, and a refresh token is used to renew your session. Session cookies may also be set when you access our web platform. Usage & Prediction Data We record the sports predictions and community votes you submit, your accuracy history, and your rank on the global leaderboard. This data is associated with your account. Match & Content Interaction We log which matches, news articles, and AI prediction cards you view or interact with, in order to improve content relevance. Technical Data We automatically collect your device type, operating system version, app version, IP address, and general location region (country/city level) for security and analytics purposes. We do not collect precise GPS location.

We use the collected information to: • Provide and operate the Bettalk platform (predictions, leaderboard, live scores, news) • Authenticate your identity and maintain your session securely • Calculate and display your prediction accuracy and leaderboard rank • Send you service-related notifications (e.g., match results, streak alerts) if you opt in • Detect fraud, abuse, and security threats • Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the app and AI prediction model • Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms of Service We do not use your data to serve third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to any third party.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances: Service Providers We use trusted third-party services (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements. These providers are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes. Leaderboard & Public Scores Your username, prediction points, accuracy percentage, and streak count are visible to other users on the public leaderboard. You may contact us to request removal or anonymization. Legal Requirements We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bettalk, its users, or the public. Business Transfer If Resoltx is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you in advance and give you the option to delete your account.

We retain your account information and prediction history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or security purposes. Authentication tokens expire automatically: access tokens within a short session window, and refresh tokens within 30 days of inactivity.

We implement industry-standard security measures including: • HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit • Hashed and salted password storage • Short-lived JWT access tokens with automatic rotation • Server-side rate limiting and abuse detection No system is 100% secure. Bettalk is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete that information promptly. Bettalk may display links to external sports news sources or reference third-party platforms (Google Play, the App Store). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party services. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via in-app notification or email. Continued use of Bettalk after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
